Have the demands of juggling students’ social-emotional matters, parent and teacher concerns, “emergencies”, and politics made you weary to the bone?

Have you placed your personal life on hold? Have they stopped your from moving forward?
I understand what it's like at the end of the day as you leave the school building feeling drained, unprepared for the next day.

One morning as I arrived at work, I couldn't get out of my car. With my hand lying on the steering wheel, I felt like everything was out of control. I felt alone. I didn’t want to take another step. I discovered what I had was “Compassion Fatigue.” I knew something had to change if I was going to remain in education.

Do you want to live your best life yet? Being a great educator does not mean you have to sacrifice your life.

I want you to have this same empowerment I discovered to live my best life yet!

Supporting educators overcome obstacles and challenges to gain freedom is what I do.  I coach teachers and administrators to be joyful and excited again about being a change agent.

Hi,

I'm Michelle

Mathematics Scholar with

30+ Years of Professional Experience.

Michelle’s passion has led her to many ventures, such as administration, instructional coaching, teaching, and district level positions. She recently returned to the classroom for a few years, she has fresh insight and a renewed passion for implementing instructional practices in mathematics for student success. Michelle's 32 years in education have been on Title I campuses. She has earned her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction in Mathematics and a second degree in School Administration. She has served as an administrator at various levels, including high schools and middle schools that have seen great growth. People began coming to her, asking her the secret! They did not believe her when she began telling them how they could have fun working hard, but they tried it, too! She now speaks at national, regional, and state conferences about math instruction, instructional coaching, and building effective teams. Working with various campuses, she enjoys working with teachers and staff to stay student-focused for academic success by building relationships enabling educators to have the courage to shape a better future.

Do you want to live your best life yet? Being a great educator does not mean you have to sacrifice your life.
